Learn to paddle the Dragon Boat - and join our team of Cancer Survivors and Supporters!
During the class, you will learn the fundamentals of dragon boat paddling with our coaches and team members, while enjoying the beauty of the Connecticut River! No experience is necessary, and all special gear will be provided. The only requirement is that you be able to attend at least 3 of the 4 class sessions.
Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6pm-7:30pm at Sportsman’s Marina in Hadley. The total cost of the class (4 sessions) is $75.
The class, and team, are open to adults (18+), and we pride ourselves on fostering a safe and welcoming environment of acceptance for all.
Class participants will have the opportunity to join our team, with the approval of our coaches.
We’ll share more information as your class approaches so you can be prepared with what to wear, what to bring, where to park, etc.
